The Branch Field Service Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the branch field service department at a mine site. This position is responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with a critical customer and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of mining equipment service, safety compliance and efficiency, advising and making recommendations with respect to the best interests of the company, while driving site performance and customer satisfaction in a demanding mining environment and working in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This position reports to the General Manager of Service.
