About The Position

The Old Colony YMCA is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Branch Executive
Director to lead our Middleboro Branch. This role is responsible for the overall
leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the branch,
including fiscal management, program development, staff leadership, facility
operations, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive membership growth, develop
innovative programs, and build meaningful community partnerships while ensuring
a high-quality member experience. This position oversees budgeting, fundraising,
staff development, and facility management, while also serving as a visible
community leader and supporting volunteer and board development.

This hands-on leadership role requires excellent communication, sound
decision-making, and a passion for advancing the YMCA's mission of strengthening
communities through youth development, healthy living, and social
responsibility. The Branch Executive Director will foster a culture rooted in
the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong background in operations, budgeting, staff development, and community engagement
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
