Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Four-year college degree in a related field
At least one year of experience in home care leadership
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Ability to deal with problems and solve them

Responsibilities

The Branch Director is the leader and manager of the branch and is responsible and accountable for all branch functions to ensure that branch is compliant with all state and federal laws and is profitable.
Leads the branch. Sets goals and objectives for operation and growth in accordance with the company philosophy, policy and goals for growth.
Responsible to develop the sales and business plans for the branch.
Identifies and conducts sales activities to ensure adequate pipelines for business development.
Provides direction for team members and makes day to day operational decisions.
Manages all financial components to ensure branch is profitable.
Provides clinical and regulatory oversight; monitors activities of clinical director to assure regulatory and federal compliance.
Develops and implements a recruiting plan to support growth of the business.
