Requirements

• Supervisory experience (homecare preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/data entry)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Spanish required

Nice To Haves

• Illinois homecare knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervising 130 caregivers and coordinating schedules
• Supporting up to 150 clients and maintaining accurate service documentation
• Serving as the main point of contact between clients, caregivers, and referral partners
• Ensuring compliance with state programs (IDOA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, MCOs, VA)
• Assisting with quarterly file audits
