We’re hiring a Branch Associate who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales operations, and being part of a fast-paced branch team. Requirements
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or sales support experience (warehouse experience a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities
- Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers and responding to phone and email inquiries
- Build strong customer relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling customer orders
- Maintain an organized, well-merchandised showroom
- Assist with troubleshooting product questions and resolving customer concerns
- Take on a variety of responsibilities to support overall branch success
