This role provides administrative assistant support for the Branch, encompassing a variety of tasks including A/R and A/P functions, posting monthly safety meetings and materials, processing bi-weekly credit card transactions, generating and posting job files, and facilitating new hires in collaboration with the Human Resources division. The Branch Administrator will also assist with Project Management, which involves reviewing timesheets, handling invoicing, managing vendors, securing permits, and arranging travel.
