Location: Jackson, TN Summary: Vector Security is seeking a Branch Administrator who is able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for all duties related to branch HR, payroll and administration management, as well as working closely with other departments within Vector Security. The ideal candidate is a true team player who is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ Years: Administrative experience in a professional setting
  • 3-5 Years: Office Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Customer Service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must possess high integrity, respect for others, empathy and loyalty
  • Stands by actions that support corporate goals and values
  • Creates a positive environment with strong focus on teamwork, cooperation, and appreciation

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch office.
  • Advises management in the correct procedures for disciplinary action, performance management and terminations.
  • Oversees branch accounting functions such as payables, receivables, billing, petty cash and preparation of accounting/financial reports.
  • Manages branch support staff - may perform hiring, discipline, terminations.
  • Liaison between Corporate HR and branch.
  • Supports office management staff.
  • Escalates human resources issues to HR Business Partner.
  • Active in branch safety meetings, training and initiatives.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new hires.
  • Responsible for commission calculations for the branch.
  • Handles escalated customer issues.
  • Creates monthly financial materials.
