The Branch Administrator helps Puretec achieve these goals by making sure that the branch office has the tools and parts they need to perform their job. This is a very flexible position meaning that duties are extremely varied on daily demands. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of distribution workplaces.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Ability to identify and measure material.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
  • Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational/time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external partners while demonstrating tact, diplomacy and calmness in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, supportive attitude and professional image at all times
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • High school Degree or GED required, Bachelors Degree in management or related field is highly preferred.
  • 5-10 of years of inventory control or relevant experience required or combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CA Drivers License required and proof of drivers liability insurance with clean driving record.

  • Relevant training certifications in industry topics helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Help branch personnel with parts, pricing and quotes.
  • Get projects shipped out to customer sites as needed.
  • Fully support the materials / inventory needs of Puretecs operating departments.
  • May be needed at customers sites to help with jobs occasionally.
  • Responsible for collecting and submitting service and delivery orders to main office.
  • Responsible for helping customers who come to branch office with requests and orders.
  • Will accept and process shipments that come to the branch office.
  • Handles direct ships for the branch.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and submit to purchasing
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity and work closely with other departments to complete common goals
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
