Are you an enthusiastic Branch Administrator ready to make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic North West team on a full‑time basis. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy contributing to work that really matters, we want to hear from you. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the Port Hedland branch across a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including Payroll, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. You’ll also support general day‑to‑day admin operations and collaborate with other Branch Administrators as required. Our core systems include FCC, Esker, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Requirements

  • Experience within the shutdown sector, with the ability to mobilise personnel quickly under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, someone who leads at every level by taking ownership and contributing to team success
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping
  • Previous administrative experience preferred, with on‑the-job training provided
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday
  • Work location is based upon the candidate. They will either work from the Port Hedland branch or the Hope Valley office.
  • Valid National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Nice To Haves

  • Billing, invoicing, payroll/timesheet and purchasing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Raising PO’s as required
  • Submission of invoices into customer portals
  • Monitoring inventory, stock control, and ordering
  • Maintaining procurement records (POs, invoices, contracts, supplier information)
  • Assisting with purchasing processes and PO generation
  • Working closely with finance and operations to ensure timely, accurate processing
