About The Position

Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly Facilitate employee safety training Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization Maintain and grow ICONIX's customer base by utilizing professional selling skills to identify customer needs Understand customer’s needs and look for opportunities to expand business by offering other goods or services Source information about client’s business to anticipate opportunities to provide products and service to the customer Submit quote to customer outlining pricing of all required supplies and materials for the customer’s construction bids

Requirements

  • High School Dipolma or GED required
  • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
  • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
