About The Position

Requirements

• Completion of PDE required training (on-line training courses)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• May be to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Current (less than one year old) clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151),? PA Criminal Record Check (Act 34) , and? FBI? Fingerprint Record (Act 114)
• Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (PDE-6004) ; t his form is required of all prospective employees under Act 24 of 2011.
• Required Test for Tuberculosis (within three months)? A TB test is a state-mandated requirement for employment with the district.? Completion of PA Act 168 Disclosure Release Form(s) – selected candidates only
