About The Position

As the boxing and packaging technician, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively boxing bikes in a way that is fast, fun, and easy for our customers to receive and assemble all by themselves. We are looking for a creative problem solver who finds joy in surprising and delighting our customers with our unique product. This role will not only box bikes in a safe and secure way, but they will largely shape the customer unboxing experience with the care and detail they directly put into each bike they package. In addition to owning the boxing product itself, this individual will work with the operations manager and assemblers to ensure the supply and organization of packaging materials is consistently organized and maintained.

• Basic bicycle assembly and disassembly for packaging and boxing
• Bike boxing and bike packaging
• Packaging material organization
• Packaging material inventory management
• Tool kit assembly
