About The Position

Job Purpose: Employee will grade product at line speed and place in a box following specification. Employee will tape and place boxes product on a pallet according to accurate palletizing specifications. Employee will audit and check that the boxes match the product being sliced and the correct code date is on the box. Must, have ability of good communication skills and be able to be certified in the following courses, GMP, Koch labeler, PAC criteria, Food Safety. Ability to lift 25lbs repetitively and other duties as assigned by supervisor or leader.
