Hollywood Casino Amphitheater is now hiring fun, energetic and music-lovin' people to fill this season's open positions. Hours begin in April with trainings and concerts conclude in early October, with eligibility for employment to conttinue for the 2027 concert season. The Role: Assist guests at live events by performing duties, such selling tickets and passes to guests, distributing pre-purchased tickets, searching for lost articles, and assisting guests with venue policies and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.

Requirements

  • Exemplary Customer service skills are a required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Candidate will undergo a thorough background investigation prior to working.
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist our guests at the Box Office window
  • Sell tickets for all performances at the venue
  • Distribute "will call" to patrons on day of show
  • Coordinate redemption of all promotional tickets (coupons, donation letters, etc.)
  • Sell and/or distribute upgrade and future show tickets
  • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
  • Provide assistance with guests' special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs.
  • Direct guest to areas of interest including restrooms, concession stands and merchandise
  • Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without tickets or passes
  • Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.
  • Become knowledgeable of all seating charts
