Position Summary Snapdragon Stadium is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to supervise our ticket seller staff, and assist in box office operations. As a Box Office Supervisor you will assist, direct and provide supervision to all ticket sellers on event days. This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00 to $23.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until April 10, 2026. About the Venue Opened in September 2022, Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue that serves as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave (NWSL soccer), San Diego FC (MLS soccer), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, NCAA and world championships, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events and private special events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school degree.
  • Minimum of 1year of experience supervising customer service staff
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, Ticketmaster experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates outstanding work ethic and leadership skills, including excellent attendance, professional appearance and behavior
  • Displays a positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Required to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Supervises ticket seller staff on event days; assist with game day set up, customer service questions, and technology issues.
  • Works with Assistant Box Office Manager on game day set up which includes pre-event briefings and ticket seller staff deployment.
  • Utilizes the Ticketmaster ticketing system to process ticket sales, troubleshoot customer issues and provide staff support.
  • Ensures the ticket seller staff is implementing and following all box office policies and procedures.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by Assistant Box Office Manager and/or Box Office Manager.
