Penn State York seeks a detail-oriented and customer service-focused individual to serve as part-time Box Office Reservationist for the Pullo Family Center for Performing Arts. The Reservationist is a front-line ambassador for the Pullo Center, serving as the primary point of contact for patrons, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through the ticket purchasing and event attendance journey. This role is responsible for driving ticket sales, staffing the Box Office during performances, and ensuring delivery that reflects the Pullo’s commitment to excellence. As a vital member of the Pullo team, the Box Office Reservationist creates meaningful connections with diverse audiences, resolves inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, and contributes to both individual and team performance objectives. This role plays an essential role in building patron loyalty and enhancing the overall customer experience through outstanding service at every interaction. The Box Office Reservationist will typically work 10-15 hours per week, with a basic schedule determined by the employee and supervisor; however, there will need to be some flexibility when events and responsibilities require evening and weekend hours for events and performances. In-person presence is an essential function of this role. The person in this role must be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player, willing to work collaboratively with departments across the venue, as well as throughout the community. This opening is a great option for someone who is looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with semi-flexible hours.
