Clerks are responsible for serving the general public by providing information for upcoming shows at all Berklee performance spaces. They assist patrons with the purchase of tickets (via phone and in person) with a strong sense of customer service and professionalism. Clerks must be capable of providing top-notch face-to-face service in a fast paced environment. Interpersonal and communication skills are key in this position. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsible, personable, and have excellent customer service skills.
