About The Position

The Box Office Associate is responsible for all ticket and subscription sales, customer service support, and maintaining a professional front of house environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$20.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing with superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be well organized and able to multi-task
Computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Previous Box Office experience a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

Provide all patrons with a superior customer service experience.
Provide information regarding Seminole Theatre events to patrons by phone and at the ticket window.
Distribute literature to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about shows and events.
Sell and process ticket orders via telephone, Internet, and the window.
Accurately & efficiently operate the Eventbrite ticketing system to sell tickets for all events.
Prepare tickets for will call pickup.
Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed.
Other administrative duties as required by theatre management.
Part-time night and weekends, some daytime hours may be required, 10-20 hours a week possible but not guaranteed.
