About The Position

The Box Machine Team Leader will be primarily working in the Box Room overseeing the box machine techs. Will set machinery up to properly cut corrugate to specific size and glue corrugate to make an RSC box. Must be a self-starter, with working knowledge of Microsoft tools and Process Pro. Capable of performing maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3-4 years of Warehouse experience required
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to operate computers and relevant inventory management scanners
Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts
Ability to operate or learn to operate hand trucks, drum lifts, and pallet jacks
Efficient in Microsoft Office products
Availability to work with department leaders

Responsibilities

Oversee the successful receipt of materials into the facility.
Verify items received and perform counts.
Check for errors and compare against component masters per Receiving SOP.
Tag and store receipts, following assigned locations, place receipts into proper storage locations.
Make schedule to reflect the packing schedule.
Determine machine adjustments to put in the correct cut of corrugate.
Size and resize all Elevation Labs boxes.
Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions.
Order materials needed to be able to run machines and make the shippers.
Ability to lead and guide box machine techs effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
