We are seeking skilled Bottling & Packaging Technicians to join our growing team! The Bottling & Packaging Technician is responsible for executing daily bottling line operations to ensure finished goods are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role supports all aspects of packaging from line setup and component staging to finished goods palletization while maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and high-performing production environment. This position reports to the Bottling Manager and plays a critical role in meeting daily production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency goals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, production, or distribution, preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift operating license
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
  • Ability to adhere to safety and compliance procedures

Responsibilities

  • Operate bottling lines to ensure accurate filling, labeling, and packaging
  • Set up lines, perform changeovers, and make basic equipment adjustments
  • Verify components before and after runs; reconcile materials and return excess to the warehouse
  • Stage materials, move product, palletize finished goods, and operate forklifts/pallet jacks
  • Maintain line cleanliness; perform basic preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting
  • Monitor production and quality, escalate issues as needed, and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards
