About The Position

BuzzBallz is seeking an experienced Bottling Manager to lead and manage bottling operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production execution, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and team development while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The Bottling Manager plays a critical leadership role in meeting production targets, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the long-term growth and performance of the bottling operation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in bottling, beverage, or manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
Demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing OSHA, HACCP, and USDA programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of beverage processing and associated production equipment.
Proven ability to drive results through process improvement and performance management.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience in alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience supporting regulatory audits and external inspections.
Background contributing to cost savings or CAPEX planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily bottling operations to meet production schedules within safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, train, and develop bottling supervisors and team members through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TTB, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory and quality standards.
Monitor production efficiency, quality metrics, and KPIs; identify issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, operational improvements, and cost savings initiatives.
