About The Position

BuzzBallz is seeking an experienced Bottling Manager to lead and manage bottling operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production execution, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and team development while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The Bottling Manager plays a critical leadership role in meeting production targets, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the long-term growth and performance of the bottling operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in bottling, beverage, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing OSHA, HACCP, and USDA programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of beverage processing and associated production equipment.
  • Proven ability to drive results through process improvement and performance management.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits and external inspections.
  • Background contributing to cost savings or CAPEX planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily bottling operations to meet production schedules within safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise, train, and develop bottling supervisors and team members through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TTB, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory and quality standards.
  • Monitor production efficiency, quality metrics, and KPIs; identify issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, operational improvements, and cost savings initiatives.
