SummaryBottle loaders are assigned to load bottles into the descrambler and assist in the manual sanitation of the filler. Other tasks may be assigned as needed if the bottle loading position is not needed during the shift. Responsibilities Bottle loaders are to make sure the have the right bottles, and caps, for the product being run on the filler. Ensure they have all of the proper materials in the staging area for the run. Need to help ensure the area they are working in is clean and when machine is down they help the operator get the machine back to a functional state. Load Bottles quickly and accurately so the machine does not incur any downtime waiting for bottles. Clean production filling equipment in the filler during the manual sanitation step of the CIP process. Complete tasks as needed and as indicated on Job Duties Worksheet (Foam, clean walls, floors, piping, electrical panels, control boxes, floor mats, etc.). Complete all jobs in a safe and quality manner. Assist the operator in setting up the line for production and changeovers. Needs to be able to learn how to operate the machine for the operator while on break or lunch. Other duties/tasks as required and assigned. Bottle Loaders are expected to properly consume all bottles, caps and other production material in SAP on a continual basis concurrent with production
