About The Position

The Valet Booth Attendant must be familiar with all hotel services/features and Downtown Las Vegas attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal forms.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with associates, guests, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to process information through a computer system.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with basic GPS software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
  • Provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all Las Vegas Casinos pick-up and drop-off locations as well as, McCarran International Airport and private airports.
  • Receive inbound telephone calls from customers, VIP services, casino hosts, and reservations.
  • Radio dispatch accurate information to drivers.
  • Assign drivers to vehicles.
  • Answer all incoming calls and inquiries from hotel guests, casino hosts, and limousine drivers.
