About The Position

Ticket Booth Attendants are responsible for giving our guests the best first impression possible. This position requires close contact with the public, the ability to work well with co-workers, and assists Santa’s guests in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Must possess a courteous and friendly rapport with guests and co-workers
  • Must be able to handle cash and count out basic change to guests
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Possess good organizational skills and good leadership skills
  • Have interpersonal/communication skills orally and in written language
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must have excellent oral communication and customer service skills
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Santa’s Village
  • Must be able to exhibit all physical demands listed in this job description at any given time during shift
  • Must be flexible throughout season in regards to scheduling and float assignments
  • Must be willing to work at least 1 weekend day/week

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 summer season of employment at Santa’s Village is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests courteously and answers guest questions appropriately
  • Ensures clean work areas in public and storage areas
  • Scans prepaid tickets and season passes
  • Process sales of tickets to walk-up guests
  • Ensures safety of all employees and guests
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Arrive at work on time, in “good show,” and keeps neat and clean throughout the day
  • Communicates daily with other employees
  • Must be willing to float to any location in the park as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
