Department: 811 Account Support Job Summary: Supports and oversees all daily functions in bookkeeping department for the four areas: Research/Adjustments, Day 2 Processing, Reconciliation area and W8 Cert/Dormant-Escheatment. Assists and resolves issues for bank personnel by trouble shooting their concerns via email and telephone.   • 5 years of backroom banking processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises department staff to ensure daily deadlines are met
  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision-making.
  • Upholds highest customer satisfaction and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Displays leadership qualities by maintaining positive attitude and influencing others and seeks better methods to improve the overall work area
  • Develops department staff and cross train in different areas of the department to support job roles as needed
  • Reviews and approves employee’s time clock exception timely to avoid possible delays or misprocessing
