Interacting with customers over the telephone and assisting them with their needs
Working closely with Bank Employees
Learn Software Programs to assist customers and other bank employees
Manage Customer Disputes
Verifying Account Information Changes
Approving/Processing Wires
Processing Account Verifications
Processing Outgoing Check Returns/Adjustments
Processing Online Banking Applications
Filing
Monitoring and Processing Remote Deposit Checks
Monitor Daily Reports
Monitor Customer Activity for Discrepancies
