We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is well-suited for a highly organized and efficient professional with a strong background in day-to-day financial operations. The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records and provide support across core accounting functions. Why work here? Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of core accounting principles
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms)
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Tax Preparation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for multiple client companies accurately and on schedule
  • Prepare and file client payroll tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare and file client sales tax returns
  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple client accounts
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements for clients
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records for each client
  • Provide general accounting support to clients as needed
