About The Position

As the Bookkeeper at Commerce Architects, you will be an integral member of our Back Office Operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Bookkeeper role is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring approximately 40 hours per month, primarily in the beginning of each month. Commerce Architects offers the unique opportunity of a small-company work atmosphere combined with the challenge and excitement of enterprise custom software development. We are dedicated to fulfilling our mission “To continually improve the lives of our employees and clients” and treat our employees like family. We are committed to our team’s career, development, work/life balance, and general well-being. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Commerce Architects is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and that commitment extends to our hiring and all aspects of our operations. Commerce Architects is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer that values a diverse team. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
