As the Bookkeeper at Commerce Architects, you will be an integral member of our Back Office Operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Bookkeeper role is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring approximately 40 hours per month, primarily in the beginning of each month. We do all of our invoicing and payroll at the beginning of the month, so this will need to be the first priority in the first 7-10 days of each month, and may require more hours during this critical time period. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, but a general overview of responsibilities.
