Manage bookkeeping and financial operations for multiple companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who: Has extensive bookkeeping experience (construction industry experience is a plus) Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Works independently and manages multiple priorities effectively Is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or has 10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
