About The Position

A small manufacturing company in Springboro is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage routine accounting and finance operations. This role is essential to keeping our financial processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Manufacturing and Wholesale 20.0 is preferred. Requirements

  • Prior bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (Manufacturing & Wholesale) required
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) and health insurance; assisting employees with related questions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account monitoring
  • Record production activity and assist with monthly inventory counts and adjustments
  • Reconcile bank accounts, manage daily banking activity, and initiate wire transfers
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and financial reports
  • Provide documentation and support for year-end financial and 401(k) audits
