About The Position

Our client, an accounting firm that provides regulatory services to the Broker Dealer (Finance) industry, is seeking 2 (TWO) Skilled Bookkeepers for immediate permanent employment The role will start full time onsite (wall street area) and convert to hybrid after 6 months We are specifically seeking a pure "Bookkeeper" - No staff accountants or anyone already in an Accounting role. This will be a long-term Bookkeeping role. Seeking a candidate with an accounting degree, 10-15 years' experience. Bank deposits, AR, AP, bill pay, payroll. Experience with QuickBooks is important. Financial Services Industry experience is helpful, but not a requirement We would ideally like someone coming from an accounting firm, who has trained under an accountant and has experience with customer service and handling multiple clients (multi-tasking is key) We'd begin interviewing ASAP, ideally to fill this role by Thanksgiving.
