About The Position

This is a bookkeeping role, ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and wants to grow their skills in accounting and nonprofit finance. You’ll work closely with our finance staff to maintain accurate records, enter transactions, and support day -to -day operations.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization and follow -through
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and a team -first attitude
  • QuickBooks experience required(Desktop or Online)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of bookkeeping or office experience
  • Experience with nonprofit accounting, invoicing, or purchasing workflows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Enter bills, invoices, and expenses into QuickBooks
  • Assist with accounts payable and basic accounts receivable tasks
  • Support bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain organized digital and paper financial records
  • Help track vendor paperwork and documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve missing or incorrect info
  • Support month -end processes as assigned
  • Other finance and administrative tasks as needed
