We are crazy busy with some incredible projects on the table and even better clients on board. We offer great healthcare benefits, 401k and beer on tap.

Requirements

  • Diploma from a recognized college in Accounting, Economics and / or Business
  • A minimum of 2 years full time experience within the last year in a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), email and internet;
  • Organization/attention to detail; ability to be proactive and take initiative; ability to work independently without extensive oversight.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Damn good attitude
  • Willingness to teach AND learn
  • Serious motivation
  • Daily desire to do good work

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Assist the Director of Finance in the daily administration of business operations.
  • Prepare reports as needed for various projects, including financial, administrative, and human resources.
  • Accounts Receivable calls, emails and maintenance
  • Draft preparation of monthly invoices
  • Assist with clerical duties as needed such as Employee Handbook upkeep,
  • Timesheet entries for off-site workers
  • Assist with administration of company benefits
