As a Bookkeeper in our Client Accounting Services Group, you will be responsible for the following: Perform assigned fullâcycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and journal entry preparation. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and client reports for review; maintain organized supporting documentation . Support client onboarding activities by completing assigned setup tasks, including data migration and chart of accounts setup in accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero). Participate in adâhoc projects by completing defined workstreams such as ledger cleanups or transaction reviews, following established guidance. Aid in gathering the necessary information (e.g., W-9) throughout the year and preparing Form 1099 filings in January. Assist with periodical bill pay process using cloud-based tools, such as Bill and Ramp. Collaborate with team members by following documented workflows, contributing to process documentation, and sharing observations related to efficiency and automation. Deliver professional client and internal support by responding to routine inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate, and communicating clearly with clients and offshore teams. Engage in firm training, professional development, and team activities; attend meetings to support bookkeeping deliverables and build understanding of how financial data informs budgeting and performance analysis.
