Job Summary The primary duties for this position are centered around debit cards, research, and a strict adherence to Regulation E. This individual will largely be responsible for the timely, accurate completion of customer disputes and rectifying customer errors. Our bookkeeping staff also support frontline staff at each location with procedural and accounting errors as they occur.
