This is is a family-owned construction company with more than 40 years of stability and a reputation for treating employees like part of the family. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager who wants a long-term home and the opportunity to step into a key role as our longtime administrator transitions into retirement. This position supports daily bookkeeping, payroll, and office operations while working directly with the Treasurer and President. You will also supervise two part-time support staff and ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows across the business. The outgoing employee, Nancy, will remain through September to provide full training.
