About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper Manager to oversee our financial records and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping activities, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
