This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing payroll support tasks, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, a basic understanding of general ledger accounting, and the ability to work independently with professionalism and confidentiality. You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate with management, customers, vendors, bank representatives, and internal departments.
