About The Position

Join our team as a Booking & Scheduling Representative supporting clients by coordinating vacation reservations and organizing itinerary timelines in a remote environment. In this role you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by organizing booking details, confirming reservations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are clearly documented and easy to follow. Vacation planning frequently includes coordinating accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled activities that must remain aligned within a structured timeline. Your role will focus on maintaining organized booking systems so that each reservation and itinerary component remains accurate and accessible throughout the planning process. You will assist with reviewing reservation confirmations, organizing itinerary updates, and maintaining booking documentation so that travel details remain clear and easy to reference. Monitoring scheduling timelines and following up on outstanding reservations will help ensure that vacation plans remain organized and fully coordinated. In addition to coordinating reservations, you will assist with maintaining communication regarding booking updates and ensuring planning records remain accurate. Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through are essential in this role.
