Requirements

• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)
• Answer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Process reservations and confirm travel details
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings
• Work within set guidelines to meet customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company processes for payment and cancellation policies
