About The Position
This role is responsible for the planning and coordination of care for complex hematologic malignancies requiring a stem cell transplant or other cellular therapies. The BMT Coordinator manages patient care across the continuum from referral through the cellular therapy (CT) process. Serve as the liaison and clinical resource for patients, families, physicians, multidisciplinary team, and community partners. Our Lady of the Lake is uniquely capable of caring for a full range of illness or injury, including those that are extremely complex, for both pediatric and adult patients.
