About The Position

Our Transportation and Logistics Practice specializes in insurance programs designed for logistics companies both domestically and internationally. We are currently seeking a Claims Liaison. This is a full time job to liaise and bridge the gap between between the clients, customs brokers and our surety partner. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating documentation and communication across multiple parties.

Requirements

  • 1 plus years of Claims experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail, ability to problem solve and good decision making
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day service and support for U.S. Customs Bond products.
  • Act as a liaison between the Importer of Record, Customs Brokers, and our surety partners.
  • Serve as the primary conduit for bond claims and subrogation matters, including facilitating documentation and tracking claim status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customs Broker partners and other key clients.
  • Assist Account Managers with servicing existing clients and delivering high quality client service.
  • Support underwriting activities by collecting required information, performing data entry, and helping evaluate risk factors.
  • Organize, maintain, and monitor bond and claims files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • oordinate the creation and delivery of materials for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
