Band III Bolt Room Support, First Shift
About The Position
The Bolt Room team member will be responsible for panning bolts out for orders and transporting them in and out of staging area for assembly. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned and fill in for other areas, as needed. Requirements
- Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
- General knowledge of small hand tools.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and customer specifications with minimum supervision.
- Interpersonal and group communications skills are necessary.
- Be familiar with, and use, measuring tools.
- Must be able to perform simple shop math.
- Must be able to read and interpret customer spec cards and maintain production flow.
- Clean and maintain the work area.
- Follow prescribed safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Report defective materials, or questionable conditions, to the supervisor.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/move materials or finished products up to 50 pounds
- Required to stand, bend, lift arms, and reach.

- Preferred fork lift experience.
Responsibilities
- Panning bolts out for orders and transporting them in and out of staging area for assembly.
- Maintain re-order points.
- Keep a correct inventory of bolts communicate adjustments appropriately.
- Track usage physically, through our ERP system, and through the VT inventory sheet.
- Maintain excellent attendance, with overtime required as business needs dictate.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned and fill in for other areas, as needed.
