This role is located at our Pennsauken, NJ facility. Responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of High-pressure steam boilers and Facilities/Utility related equipment within a New Jersey Manufacturing facility. This role ensures continuous steam supply and infrastructure equipment, while maintaining compliance with State of New Jersey regulations, environmental requirements and company safety standards. Our Facilities Team follows a 2-2-3 shift schedule, providing a consistent routine for work-life balance. Sample 2-2-3 Shift Schedule: Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday - Off Wednesday, Thursday - Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Off Monday, Tuesday - Work Wednesday, Thursday - Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shift hours for this position are Days 5:45am- 06:00pm
