About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in auto body repair or equivalent experience
• Experience with welding, sanding, and painting
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and estimates
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition
• Perform body work, including welding, sanding, and painting
• Use hand and power tools to remove and replace damaged parts
• Inspect vehicles for structural damage and make necessary repairs
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repairs and estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
