Based out of our Philadelphia, PA location, this pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our trailer rental and leasing customer base and securing consistent fleet maintenance work. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive, truck, or fleet body repair work.
  • Strong, consistent work history
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of metal/fiberglass repair for large vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair non-structural damage to heavy-duty truck bodies, cargo boxes, and semis, including bumpers, hoods, floors, sidewalls, roofs, and doors.
  • Perform fabrication and repair work using steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and composite materials, including welding, riveting, cutting, straightening, and panel replacement.
  • Repair, replace, and adjust body and box components and hardware such as roll-up doors, hinges, latches, seals, lift gates, and rails to ensure proper operation and durability.
  • Read and interpret work orders and parts lists to complete accurate, efficient, and high-quality repairs.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while complying with company policies, and quality-control standards.
