Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Body Shop Parts Assistant to join our growing team! A Day in the Life of a Body Shop Parts Assistant (but not limited to):

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts management or a similar role, preferably in a body shop environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to the Body Shop Manager
• Coordinate with body shop technicians and service advisors to identify required parts for vehicle repairs
• Retrieve and deliver parts to the body shop promptly to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure the parts storage area is organized, clean, and complies with safety regulations.
