Employee Assistant Program FSA and HSA Plans Life Insurance Opportunities for Advancement Paid Training Employee Referral Program Employee Discount Location: Bergey's Collision Center, West Milton, PA Shift: Full Time Essential Duties: Examining vehicles to identify repairs needed Commercial truck (heavy and medium duty) collision and body repair Fiberglass and plastic repair Prepares the surfaces that need to be painted on automotive such as heavy duty trucks, medium duty trucks and passenger cars. Paint and/or refinish repair areas on vehicle to achieve a better than factory finish. Ability to climb and work from ladders for paint spraying. Masks and protects parts that are not to be painted or coated. Mixes paint according to specifications. Imron Elite Selects and mixes as per paint samples to produce desired color for matching. Inspects own work performed for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags and unpainted areas. Keeps work area clean. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles. Other tasks as assigned.
