Key Responsibilities: Paint Application: Apply paint to trucks, ensuring a smooth, even, and durable finish. Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed to meet established quality standards. Paint Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning. Mix and match paint to achieve proper color accuracy and consistency. Sanding and Surface Preparation: Sand and prepare trucks for painting and repair work. Ensure all surfaces are free of dirt, grease, and other contaminants prior to paint application. Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards. Identify and promptly address any defects or imperfections. Tools and Equipment: Utilize personal tools as required. Larger tools and equipment will be provided by the company. Qualifications: Transportation and Work Ethic: Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening is required. Experience and Knowledge: Previous body shop experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable. Skills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills required. Requirements: Work Environment: Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to changing weather. Must follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
