Metal Technician – What You’ll Do Examine damaged vehicles and determine proper repair procedures Perform metal, structural, and collision repairs to factory, safety, and insurance standards Conduct parts inventory to ensure accurate collision repairs Track repair progress and coordinate timelines for final assembly Complete repair orders and documentation accurately Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment Paint Technician – What You’ll Do Perform automotive paint repairs to manufacturer and safety standards Edge all parts immediately upon drop‑off from metal technicians Review completed work to ensure high‑quality paint finishes Accurately track time using company clocking procedures Document all work performed on repair orders

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Body Shop Metal or Paint Technician
  • Solid working knowledge of body shop tools and equipment
  • Basic mechanical understanding of automotive systems
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; must be 18 years or older.
